Announcements:
MEWA families, enjoy National Pudding Day on Friday, November 13!

The School Office will be closed until 12:00 pm and all labs will be cancelled on Tuesday, November 17. Our staff will be getting ready for Open House that night. The Open House will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

  • Looking for parent volunteers: We are looking for good readers who could support students at MEWA by volunteering to read to and be read to by students. If you would be willing to do this one day a week for an hour, we would love to have you next trimester! (A background check will be required.)

  • Dual Credit Classes: Juniors and seniors can take dual credit classes through MEWA and earn both high school credit and college credit at the same time! Sign up for BA 218 and earn credit for economics, sign up for WR 121 or WR 122 and you can earn English credit, sign up for Art 116 or Art  271 and earn fine arts credits! Other possibilities are available as well - please talk to your counselor about these possibilities when you sign up for courses next trimester.

  • TTM Is Coming!

Think Through Math is designed to help students fill the gaps that they may have collected throughout their education in the hopes that they can gain the skills necessary to be successful in their future math classes  The program starts with an adaptive test that's designed to locate the gaps, and then will assign short lessons to fill them.  One of the most exciting aspects of this program is the live chat feature with a certified math teacher - this means that you can get immediate help from a professional at all times of the day!  More information will be available at Open House.

  • Graduation packets are available at the front desk or from your counselor. Packets need to be returned by November 19th to avoid shipping charges. If you ordered your gown at registration this is your chance to order announcements and Senior souvenirs.
